Today, she channels that passion into empowering both future and current teachers. As a college professor, she shapes the next generation of educators, and as a national trainer, she equips teachers with powerful classroom management techniques.
Sharon's "My Favorite Five" classroom management strategies, Remain Calm, Diffusers, Refocus, Unconditional Positive Regard, and Teach-To's, offer educators immediate, effective solutions for creating a positive and productive learning environment. The Teach-To's, in particular, provide structured lesson plans for teaching students vital behavioral management skills.

Outside of her professional life, Sharon is a vibrant individual who embraces joy and connection. She treasures moments traveling with her husband, creating adventures with her grandchildren, and sharing laughter with her five children.
