Sharon Richard

National Trainer - CEO

I have spent many years as a classroom teacher contributing to the social and academic development of children. Later during my career, I welcomed the opportunity to serve as Director of Curriculum and Instruction for an elementary charter school. The most meaningful aspect of this job was assisting adults with adopting classroom practices that demonstrate and extend their knowledge and understanding of “how children learn”. Currently, I am a professor who empowers prospective teachers to teach children that they are dynamic social beings with unlimited power to learn. I am excited about my new service as a National Trainer in the area of classroom management. I am ready to give teachers strategies that motivate students to work harder and challenge less.
